Car Cloning
To clone a legitimate vehicle thieves take the vehicle identification number or VIN and copy it to a stolen used car. With some fake papers the thieves are ready to sell you a used car that looks perfectly legal.

"Right now, cloning is by far our biggest car theft challenge, the good news is, it's preventable." Supervisory Special Agent Ryan Toole, who leads our vehicle theft program at FBI Headquarters in Washington.

Unfortunately if you end up buying one of these cloned cars it will more than likely be repossessed by the authorities as stolen merchandise and you will be out the money you paid for it.

The following five tips will help to protect you from becoming a car clone victim:

1. Vehicle Identification Number
Check the VIN - Every vehicle sold has a VIN. This number should match the number on the title and registration. The VIN is located on the driver's side above the dashboard, inside the driver door and under the hood. Look for any signs that these numbers could have been tampered with. If the windshield contains slight damages, such as scratch marks around the area, or there are scratches or gouges on the dashboard, there is a strong possibility that the VIN has been replaced. If so, the car is probably stolen, and it’s best to move on.

2. Registration Papers
The registration papers will give you some clues about the vehicle. Make sure the license plate on the car matches the numbers on the registration papers. Make sure the owner’s name matches the sellers - and ask for picture ID.

3. Maintenance Records
You should also inspect all maintenance records, which are not only a good way to see if the car was stolen, but also will give you a hint of how well the car has been taken care of. Checking the mileage over time on the maintenance records is one good step to ensure that the seller did not tamper with the odometer.

4. Low Sale Price
If the car seller is asking a ridiculously low price for the vehicle, inquire why. Smart buyers usually research car prices online before purchasing. To check current car values simply search for a similar vehicle on a popular car classified website. If the vehicles asking price is significantly lower, be suspicious, the car could be stolen or there may be something else wrong with it. You don’t want to end of with a lemon either.

5. Intuition
Trust your instincts. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If you feel suspicious about a vehicle or the seller, walk away. Even if the vehicle was not stolen, reconstructed after flood damage or older than it appears, it’s not worth taking the risk. There are plenty of other used cars available.

The best way to ensure you don’t end up with a stolen vehicle is to buy your used car from a reputable dealer. Not only will the chance of buying a problem vehicle be much smaller, resolving any issue will be much simpler if the need arises.

What? You mean noone ever told you about the hover bike?
Well, that’s understandable because presently there is only one prototype in the world but the hover bike has the potential to become the most dazzling gadget ever built. After four years of design work it has finally begun test runs and people are falling in love with it wherever it has been shown.
It operates the same fundamental principle as a hover craft with a large foam base which impels the bike into the air and gives it the power to thrust forward at the same time.
It may look awesome but let’s get answers to some critical questions.
According to Jim Chalmers, the inventor of the hover bike it should top out around fifty miles per hour but it is quite happy to bounce around at lower speeds around 30-35
Handling-wise it is very sensitive. It makes turns rather sharply, it will spin around in a circle if you want and you can propel it forward facing in any direction.
When these become available they will provide an interesting ride for anybody. They require the rider to stand while riding!

I have seen one and I can guarantee you that this is for real. But who knows when it will get out on the road?. It required four years to create the first one. It probably will not be allowed on highways with a top speed of 50? And what handling do they have for using one when it rains Will it have an umbrella built in? And won’t the rain bounce up into the air stream from the jets underneath and result in a seriously bumpy ride? And I suppose it will be attractive to the folks less than 50 years of age or so but I can hardly imagine granny riding around in her hover bike and our one needs to factor in the reality that our population is getting older and older. And what will be the asking price for one of these fascinating gadgets??

Well, a hover bike may or may not be right for all folks but here is something that was never any good for anybody. This has to be one of the corniest 50s era TV commercials I ever saw! Ay yi yi! It is all about the Edsen Hover Car! lol I am confident that this was the invention that made it possible to “beat those Ruskies”! (as they say in the commercial)

I enjoyed this fun diversion from my routine articles which focus on the most practical, inexpensive and beneficial modifications ever discovered to assist you to get lower fuel usage get clean emissions and help your car to operate more efficiently.

In the mean time, WATER4GAS is offering information for a fee which people can use in their garage or wherever to create a small device which infuses hydrogen into the fuel/air mixture that their vehicle runs on.
What this does is make bite sized particles out of the ones that the system burns as fuel. So it is able to use considerably more of the gasoline.
By doing this you can minimumly expect to increase your MPG by 12%. But many are getting thirty to fifty percent improvement or even more. Those goblets "musta" been pretty darn big in some systems before. But with WATER4GAS they are made usable so you can increase your MPG.
It also helps make emissions significantly cleaner.
This information has been purchased by over NINE THOUSAND individuals already and happy members number about 99%! So that's pretty electric!

The process makes bite sized particles out of the particles that the system burns as fuel. Because of the smaller size the engine is able to use considerably more of it.
By doing this you can reasonably expect to reduce your gas consumption by 12%. In reality though many are obtaining 30-50% improvement or significantly more. We live in a very interesting era. If that doesn’t excite you then check with your interstellar travel agent!. Personally that fact makes life much more interesting to me! I hope you have the same view. But the Chinese had one of their wise sayings more of a curse, really that said simply “may you live in interesting times”! As if the definition of interesting meant only death, destruction, holocaust or something. Well, no, good can be the prime movers of interesting times, and I am not referring here to Brittney or Paris! I am talking about “we the people”.
Do you have any notion how much personal power that you have?
Start with this… if Einstein or somebody splits one atom enough energy gets released to decimate some number of miles in radius from that point. Well in your pinky? And that is just the physical. It is an historical fact that ideas have much more potential power as part of their nature than bombs! Consider this… if you were not so bleepin’ powerful at your inner core then why would the bastards who run this joint go through such efforts on so many fronts and falsely print so many billions of worthless dollars in order to keep you from finding out how powerful that you really are?

Well we do live in interesting times now and the “monster” has been stirred. And by the “monster”, I mean thee and me! In fact it is a basic definition in law..(human being See MONSTER. —Ballentine's Law Dictionary –1930). They conceive of us as monsters and that is why they are so afraid of us that they attempt to diminish our power! Does that give you a new view on what the words “war on terror” mean? Right! It is their war on our freedoms because they are terrified of us!!! Wouldn’t you try to do the same if you had some influence over a monster??? Lol

The revolution takes many forms. One front is the internet. Another front is the alternative energy movement. These have combined into something uniquely powerful and unstoppable and terrifying).
The advent of the Internet has made this alternative energy technology unstoppable. Also I have to tell you that the competition that it fosters is GOOD, actually VERY GOOD for all of us. That's due to the fact that the academic institutions and auto makers and the oil corporations alike have been force feeding us false information. We were coerced to believe that making fuel from water was impossible. Now we know the truth - it is very attainable.
So boiling it all down to the core we get that change is inevitable. You will soon see many more big and small manufacturers, installers dotting the landscape, and many 1000's of individual car owners and managers of fleets of cars exchanging notes and combining synergestically in the mutual quest for cheaper energy. And here’s you right at the beginning of it all so congratulations, I never met a finer monster!

A steering wheel cover, if you can't figure it out by the name already, is a cover...for your steering wheel... :)

Steering wheel covers are becoming more commonly used in cars today. They serve two main purposes:

* - Aesthetics (It has to look good!)
* - Grip

Steering wheel covers actually started being used way back when cars weren't even being imported yet. The steering wheels were very thin and made of slippery hard plastic so using a steering wheel cover helped improve the grip and security of the drivers. When vehicles began to be imported, they were coming in with thicker wheels built into the vehicle already so American car makers began to make steering wheels thicker as well to be able to compete.

If your car came with a boring steering wheel, why suffer? Want some luxury? Maybe some sportiness? Is it peeling and looking older than you'd like? Steering Wheel Covers are an easy fix! Anybody can install one and have a completely new looking steering wheel in minutes.

They come in so many different varieties. The most popular ones are by far the leather steering wheel covers. They also come in Wood Grain, Carbon Fiber, Rubber, Vinyl, Flames, Manufacturers logos on them Basically anything you can imagine, they’ve probably already thought of it too and made one. You’ll see everything from the mild ones to the wild sheepskin steering wheel covers if you just really take a look at other people’s cars.

For a cheap price, you get better safety and looks for your car. Yet another no-brainer and win-win situation for you.

In terms of saloon cars your Vauxhall dealership will be able to present you with the Vectra. It is refined but retains an aggressive attitude. With sumptuous styling and a dashboard full of gadgets and gizmos it is perfect for business executives who spend a great deal of time on the road. The executive car class has some premier models that the Vectra will be hard pushed to compete with, although more affordable, Mercedes and BMW cars carry far more prestige.

Vauxhall have even had a foray into the SUV market with the Antara. One of the most radically styled cars on the dealership forecourt; its curves and lines makes the cars proportions practically perfect.
